No, donations and perks are bought from the owner of the server you're playing on. We develop servers and packs for project owners, not individual players.

Yes. Free support after delivery runs up to 30 days on every order, with paid support available after that. We're reachable on Telegram/Discord at every stage of development.
A prepayment is always required and its size depends on the order. Up to €10 it is 50%, up to €50 from 20%, from €100 from 10%. The rest is due on delivery. We accept card transfers and cryptocurrency.

The product is delivered as is. We are not obliged to help with installation or setup, answer questions, fix errors, refine the product or ship updates. That is exactly why these products cost significantly less, no support hours are priced in. If you need support, it can be ordered separately.
