A user who does not agree with this Policy must stop using the website, the account area, the digital products and the services of TheFurryDev.

This data is used only to operate the licence, protect the digital product, prevent misuse, provide technical support and resolve disputes.
If the client changes device, server, hosting, domain or technical environment, the licence may need to be re-bound. TheFurryDev may request proof of licence ownership before transferring or restoring it.
Bank card and payment data
TheFurryDev does not store full bank card details, including the full card number, CVV/CVC code, PIN code and other private payment credentials.

Sharing data with third parties
TheFurryDev does not sell user personal data to third parties.
Data may be shared only where this is necessary to run the website, fulfil an order, process a payment, issue a licence, provide technical support, protect a product or comply with the law.
Data may be shared with the following categories of recipients:
- hosting providers and data storage services;
- payment systems, banks, e-wallets, cryptocurrency services and payment aggregators;

- TheFurryDev specialists and contractors involved in fulfilling the order;
- government authorities, where the law requires it.
Data retention
Data is stored for as long as it is needed for the purposes it was collected for. Data may typically be stored:
- for as long as the website and the account are used;
- for the duration of the order;
- for the technical support period;
- for the term of the licence;
- for the period needed to process refunds, resolve disputes and confirm that payment was made;
- for the period needed to protect against fraud, product leaks and licence bypassing;
- for the period required by law, where applicable.
Order files may be stored for a limited time after the result is handed to the client. TheFurryDev does not guarantee indefinite storage of sources, archives, server packs, designs, maps, plugins and other files once an order is complete.
User rights
The user has the right to:
- ask what data about them is being processed;
- ask for incorrect data to be corrected;
- ask for data to be deleted where storing it is no longer required;
- withdraw consent to processing, where processing is based on consent;
- ask for processing to be restricted;
- opt out of marketing and informational mailings;
- ask for the account to be deleted, where that option is available;
- contact support about a licence, IP, HWID or technical binding.
To exercise these rights the user can write to support@furrydev.store.
TheFurryDev may refuse to delete part of the data where storing it is necessary to fulfil an order, support a licence, protect the rights of the studio, confirm a payment, prevent fraud, resolve a dispute or comply with the law.
Cookies
The TheFurryDev website may use cookies and similar technologies so the website works correctly, to keep the user signed in and remember settings, to protect against abuse, for traffic analytics and to improve the interface.
The user can disable cookies in their browser settings. Some website features may then stop working correctly: sign-in, order placement, the account area, saved settings and licence operation.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
TheFurryDev may update this Privacy Policy. A new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the website, unless the text says otherwise.
For any question about the processing of personal data: support@furrydev.store
Terms of use, general provisions
These Terms of Use govern how the website https://www.thefurry.store is used, the placing of orders, the purchase of digital goods, the receipt of services, and the rules for payment, refunds, support, licensing and interaction with TheFurryDev.
By placing an order, paying for a service, buying a digital product, creating an account, activating a licence or using the website, the client confirms that they have read and accept these Terms.
TheFurryDev may provide: Minecraft plugins, server packs, plugin and server setup, maps, lobbies, spawns, arenas and game content, design, UI/UX, avatars, banners, headers, graphics, technical administration, consulting, support, licences, custom development and other agreed services.
Placing an order and payment
An order is considered placed once the service, price and scope of work have been agreed and full payment or a prepayment has been made.
Small orders may require full payment before work starts. Large orders may use staged payment, for example 50% before the start and 50% before the result is handed over.
Work begins only after payment or an agreed prepayment has been received.
Third-party payment services may charge fees. TheFurryDev does not cover the fees of payment services, banks, cryptocurrency networks and intermediaries unless agreed otherwise. On a refund, the final amount may be reduced by all such fees.
Timelines and changes to the brief
Timelines are agreed individually. TheFurryDev may move a deadline if the client changed the brief, is slow to respond, sent incomplete materials, or if technical difficulties or unforeseeable circumstances arise.
All requirements must be agreed before work starts. Changing the concept, adding new features, replacing the specification or expanding the scope after work has begun may count as additional work and be charged separately.
Completing an order and support
An order is considered complete once TheFurryDev has handed the result to the client or granted access to the digital product. If the client does not report a problem within 7 calendar days of delivery, the order is considered accepted.
Technical support is provided only to the extent and for the period stated in the service description or agreed separately.
Support does not cover free of charge: new features, rework where TheFurryDev made no error, work on third-party products, fixing errors after the client changed the files themselves, or porting the product to another version unless that was agreed.
Shop products are a separate case. If the product description states that it is sold without support, TheFurryDev is not obliged to help with installation or configuration, answer questions, fix errors, refine the product or release updates for the buyer. Such a product is delivered as is.
That is exactly why products without support cost significantly less: no support hours are priced in. If support is needed, it can be ordered separately as a paid service.
Refunds
A full refund is possible if:
- work has not started yet;
- the digital product has not been handed over yet;
- the licence has not been activated yet;
- TheFurryDev cannot deliver the service.
A partial refund is possible where work has started but is not finished. The amount is calculated from the work actually done, the time spent, the materials handed over and the fees incurred.
A refund is normally not possible if:
- the digital product has already been handed to the client;
- the licence or access has already been activated;
- custom work has already been completed and handed over;
- the client received the result but changed their mind;
- the client supplied incorrect data or an incomplete brief;
- the client changed the files, plugins, server pack or settings themselves;
- the problem was caused by third-party hosting, a core, a plugin or a service;
- the client breached these Terms;
- the client is trying to bypass the licence, leak the product or pass it to third parties.
On a refund, all fees charged by banks, payment systems, cryptocurrency networks and intermediaries may be deducted. The final refund may be less than the amount the client originally paid.
Licences and product access
A licence gives the client the right to use a digital product on one project, server, domain, account or in another agreed form. A licence may be bound to an IP, HWID, server, domain or another technical identifier.
Unless the product description says otherwise, the client may not:
- transfer the licence to third parties;
- resell the product;
- publish the product openly;
- leak files, sources, server packs or private materials;
- bypass the licensing system;
- remove protection, licence checks or authorship marks without permission;
- modify the protection code;
- use someone else licence;
- attempt to spoof an IP, HWID, key or other technical identifier.
TheFurryDev may block a licence without a refund if the rules of use are broken, protection is bypassed, the product is leaked or resold, or the client resorts to insults, threats or blackmail.
Intellectual property
All rights to materials, sources, design, plugins, server packs, texts, graphics, interfaces, ideas, technical solutions and other results belong to TheFurryDev, or pass to the client only to the extent agreed separately.
The client may not resell, distribute, publish, leak or pass the received materials to third parties unless agreed separately.
TheFurryDev may use completed work in its portfolio, case studies and advertising, unless the client asked in advance to keep the project confidential.
Limitation of liability
TheFurryDev is not responsible for:
- errors caused by the actions of the client;
- problems with third-party hosting, servers, cores, plugins, mods, websites or payment systems;
- data loss where the client did not make a backup;
- incompatibility with future versions of the game, the core, an API or third-party services;
- losses, lost profit, a drop in player count or other indirect consequences;
- how products behave after the client or a third party changed the files;
- problems caused by incorrect installation or use of the product by the client.
TheFurryDev is responsible only for delivering the agreed scope of work within a specific order.
Rules of communication
Communication with TheFurryDev must be respectful and constructive. Insults, threats, blackmail, spam, pressuring the team, attempts to get work for free, spreading false information, leaking private studio materials and attempts to bypass payment or licensing are prohibited.
If these rules are broken, TheFurryDev may refuse service, stop work on an order, restrict access to services, block a licence or end support.
Changes to the terms and contacts
TheFurryDev may update these Terms of Use. A new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the website. Continuing to use the website, the services or the licences after a new version is published means the updated Terms are accepted.
