These Terms of Service govern the use of the TheFurryDev website, the placing of orders, the purchase of digital products, the receipt of services and any interaction with the TheFurryDev team.

By using the website, placing an order, paying for services or purchasing digital products, the user confirms their agreement with these Terms.

A user who does not agree with these Terms must stop using the TheFurryDev website and services.

TheFurryDev provides digital services and products, including but not limited to:

• Minecraft plugin development;
• server setup;
• server pack creation;
• game system development;
• map and game mode building;
• design and UI/UX;
• technical administration;
• licensed digital products;
• custom development and revisions.

All services and goods are digital and have no physical form.

An order is considered accepted once the terms have been agreed and payment, or an agreed prepayment, has been received.

The client must provide all information required to complete the order.

If the client does not provide the required information, the delivery timeline may change.

Payment is made through the methods available on the website or agreed separately.

Work begins only after payment, or an agreed prepayment, has been received.

Fees charged by banks, payment systems, cryptocurrency networks and intermediaries are paid by the client unless agreed otherwise.

Delivery timelines depend on the complexity of the project, the scope of work and how promptly the client responds.

TheFurryDev may move the timeline if the specification changes, the client goes out of contact, technical problems arise, or other circumstances prevent the work from being done.

Because TheFurryDev goods and services are digital and intangible, a refund is not possible in every case.

A full refund is possible if the work has not started and the product has not been handed over to the client.

Once a digital product, source files, a licence or the result of the work has been handed over, a refund is normally not possible.

Payment system fees and other actual costs may be deducted from a refund.

Some TheFurryDev products are distributed under a licence.

Unless stated otherwise, it is prohibited to:

• transfer the licence to third parties;
• resell the product;
• distribute the product files;
• bypass the licensing system;
• modify or remove protection mechanisms.

If these conditions are breached, the licence may be blocked without a refund.

All rights to the products, source code, design, graphics, interfaces, server packs, plugins and other materials belong to TheFurryDev or are used on lawful grounds.

Handing the result of the work to the client does not automatically transfer exclusive copyright unless agreed separately.

TheFurryDev is not responsible for:

• the actions of the client;
• the actions of third parties;
• problems with third-party hosting or software;
• incompatibility with future versions of Minecraft or third-party products;
• indirect losses and lost profit.

The liability of TheFurryDev is limited to the cost of the particular order.

The following are prohibited:

• insults;
• threats;
• blackmail;
• attempted fraud;
• attempts to bypass licences and payment.

If these rules are broken, TheFurryDev may refuse service and restrict access to its products and services.

TheFurryDev may change these Terms of Service at any time.

A new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the website.
